Cancellation, Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

This policy applies to PumpBook annual software subscriptions supplied by Prosys Technologies, Bengaluru, India.
1. Free trial
PumpBook provides a seven-calendar-day free trial before payment. No payment method is required to begin the trial.
2. Subscription and cancellation
The standard PumpBook plan is purchased for one year. PumpBook does not automatically renew or debit the customer for the next term. A customer may stop using the service at any time, and an already activated annual subscription remains available until its stated expiry date unless access is suspended under the Terms & Conditions.
3. Refund eligibility
An annual subscription fee is generally non-refundable after the subscription has been successfully activated. We will review refund requests involving a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount charged, a payment completed without subscription activation because of a verified technical failure, or another case where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Requesting a refund
Email pumpbook@prosyssoftware.com with the account name, station name, registered mobile number, payment reference, payment date and reason for the request. Do not send card, bank-account, UPI PIN or other payment credentials.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through the payment gateway. The time for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank. Where applicable, Prosys Technologies may issue a corresponding credit note or corrected tax document.
6. Digital delivery and shipping
PumpBook is a digital software service; no physical goods are shipped. Following verified payment confirmation, the annual plan is activated for the customer’s PumpBook account and the GST invoice is made available in the Billing section. If activation does not complete, contact us using the email address above.
