Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to PumpBook, a petrol-pump daily settlement service provided by Prosys Technologies, Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or using PumpBook, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and permit access only to authorised station personnel. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for configuring appropriate user roles.
2. Trial and subscription
The free trial lasts seven calendar days unless extended by Prosys Technologies. Continued use after the trial requires an active subscription under the commercial terms presented to you. Features, limits and fees may vary by plan.
3. Your operational data
You retain responsibility for the station, sales, stock, credit-customer and other operational data entered into PumpBook. You must ensure that you have authority to enter and process this information and that records are reviewed for accuracy before business decisions or statutory use.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content or use PumpBook in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep PumpBook available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, network failures or third-party services may temporarily affect availability. Features may change as the product develops.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach of these terms. You may stop using PumpBook at any time. Data export or retention requests should be made before account closure.
7. Responsibility and liability
PumpBook supports operational record-keeping but does not replace accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prosys Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
